How the surgery is performed: There are a couple of different techniques the classic or "open" method, or the most common an endoscopic forehead lift. Your surgeon will recommend what technique is the best for you. The surgery takes about two to three hours to perform and you go home the same day.

Most of the visible signs of surgery should begin to fade after that first week and then completely by about three weeks. You may return to normal activities in about two to three weeks.
